The Knowledge Van is a moving library operated in conjunction with Surry Hills Library.* Its mission is to make libraries accessible to workers in the city, using books to help drive the social recovery of Sydney CBD by addressing the social disconnection, digital fatigue and high stress derived during COVID-19.
With its music and colourful branding, it aims to cut through the mundane 9-5 work day, and reinvent the library’s image at the wheel...literally.
